Returns/Partial Returns:
- Request is within 10 days from the date of delivery to the shipping destination.
- Product is unused and is in the same condition as it was received.
- Product is its original packaging.
- Shipping costs will be part of the customer’s cost to and from our location. Be sure to note tracking information, as Sunset Health cannot guarantee a refund until it’s received back at our store.

Cancellations:
- You may cancel your order any time prior to it shipping from Sunset Health. If your order has already shipped, please refer to the Returns/Partial Returns guidelines.
Damaged/Defective Product:
- If you have received your order and it’s damaged or defective, be rest assured we’ll quickly get you another shipment on its way.
- Simply click fill out an easy form at the bottom of the page to start the process.
- All we ask is that you return the damaged product within 3 days in its original packaging and affix the prepaid postage that will generate after you submit the online form.
Late or Lost Delivery:
- Please check the tracking information that was provided at the time of shipment.
- It’s possible that target delivery was delayed with carrier due to weather and etc.
- Check the surroundings of your home to verify that the delivery wasn’t placed out of sight.
- Sunset Health will assist further to ensure that you receive your product.
Sale priced items and gift cards:
- Unfortunately, sale priced items and gift cards are final and not refundable.
Gifted Returns/Exchanges:
- Refer to the Returns/Partial returns section above.
- If your gift qualifies for a refund, we will reimburse with a gift card once the product is received.

Note: Due to transactions such as shipping and refund processing timelines both here and at your credit card company, it could take several days to realize returned funds on your card. But also note that we will expediently handle your transaction at Sunset Health.
